I understand that Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) aims to resolve symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies. I also understand that mediumship and coaching are not advice giving, psychological counseling, or therapy.

I understand that Allison Karoly does not diagnose conditions, nor prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. Energy Healing, Somatic Experiencing, and Coaching do not take the place of medical care. Any information presented in a session is not meant to replace any psychological, legal, medical or other professional advice or services. Energy Healing, Somatic Experiencing, and Coaching is not to be used in "lieu" of professional medical treatment but rather in cooperation with all conventional and professional services available to you to maximize your healing process.

Karoly, LLC (Coach) make no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the energy healing and coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date.
